Culture problems, leadership gaps, team misalignment — they're rarely invisible. They're just hard to name from the inside. I come in, assess what's actually happening, and give you a clear picture of where you are and why. From there, we build a strategy together — with the priorities, actions, and ownership your team needs to move forward. The work is yours to do. My job is to make sure you're doing the right work, in the right order, with the clarity to see it through.

Using the SGEi Culture Hacker methodology, I assess what your people actually experience day-to-day — where the gaps are, what's driving them, and what it's costing you. You receive a full debrief, a prioritised culture strategy, and a practical action plan your leadership team can execute without needing me in the room every week.

Advisory Sessions

The difference between drifting and deciding.

Most leaders reach the end of their career and wonder how they got there. Not because they weren’t capable — but because no one ever helped them be intentional about the direction. Advisory sessions with Kristen are for the leaders who want to feel in control of their trajectory. Not just surviving the week, but building something sustainable. She meets you where you are — whether that’s a new role, a difficult team, a career crossroads, or simply a sense that something needs to shift — and helps you get to where you want to go.

Leadership development is not one-size-fits-all. Every manager and leader has a different starting point, different strengths, and different gaps. Senior Leadership Coaching is a fully customised, one-on-one engagement delivered in partnership with SGEi — bringing world-class methodology together with direct, honest advisory work.

Before the first session, your coach surveys six people close to you — personally and professionally — to understand your leadership style, strengths and blind spots. You complete a self-assessment to provide a comparison. From there, we clarify your leadership brand, identify the gaps between how you currently lead and how you aspire to lead, and build a practical plan to close them.

The initial engagement is five sessions, held every two to three weeks. After that, sessions are available individually as needed.
